Golden Technologies Cloud PR-510 MaxiComfort Lift Chair | Zero Gravity

Standard infinite-position chairs use two motors to move the back and footrest independently. MaxiComfort adds a patented scissor-box mechanism that physically raises and tilts the entire seat as the chair reclines. This means the seat itself moves — not just the back and footrest — creating a deeper, more complete zero-gravity position and enabling full Trendelenburg (feet above head). Golden's system is mechanically similar in concept to Pride's VivaLift Tilt, but implemented differently. Both are more therapeutic than standard dual-motor infinite positioning.

SmartTek is Golden's proprietary self-diagnostic system built into every Golden Technologies lift chair. It monitors the chair's electrical components and provides advance alerts when something needs attention — before a malfunction occurs. In practice, this means fewer unexpected failures and easier service calls since technicians can diagnose remotely. It is standard at no additional cost on every Golden MaxiComfort model including the PR-510.

The AutoDrive remote has four factory pre-programmed buttons: TV, Sit, Sleep, and Zero Gravity — one press moves the chair directly to that position. It also has two programmable memory buttons where you can save your own preferred positions. This makes it significantly easier to use than a standard toggle remote, particularly for users with limited hand dexterity or who want consistent positioning without manual adjustment each time.

Heat and massage is an optional add-on — it is not included in the standard PR-510 price. Heatwave Technology adds three infrared heating pads (back, seat, and legs) and massage motors in two zones with wave and pulse modes and a 15- or 30-minute auto-shutoff timer. The PR-515 adds Golden's Twilight Technology to the PR-510's MaxiComfort base. Twilight allows the seat back and seat base to tilt independently in addition to MaxiComfort's raising mechanism — giving even more precise zero-gravity and sleep positioning. The PR-515 is the step up if you want the most refined positioning Golden offers at this size. Both come in the same two hybrid sizes and share the same AutoDrive control and SmartTek system.
