The Jay Soft Combi is a two-part system that includes a wheelchair seat cushion with soft foam encased in a moisture resistant coating and a lumbar support cushion. It is designed for the person needing mild to moderate postural support who is at low risk for skin breakdown.The pre-contoured foam base of the Soft Combi encourages orthopedic alignment and helps redistribute pressure and the lumbar support cushion is great for those with a tendency to lean to one side or those who slouch. The sides are beveled to fit between seat rails so it can be put on top of a sling style seat.
