Description

Invacare Top End Force G Handcycle

The Invacare Top End Force G provides excellent performance due to its aerodynamic design. It features an adjustable, trunk-powered, erect position for low paras, amputees, and competitors who can "gut" it out using abdominal, arm, shoulder, and chest muscles.

  • The center frame construction has an internal rib which reinforces the frame, making it super stiff for maximum power transfer.
  • The Force G’s center frame design also allows for easier transfers than any other handcycles in its class.

Control through the turns is smooth yet fast with the Top End steering dampener system. The 27 speeds, operated by the Rapid Fire hands-on shifter/brake, deliver smooth, responsive shifting and braking right at your fingertips. Plus, the easy-to-operate, no-cable, virtually maintenance-free manual upper derailleur system takes the guesswork out of the chain rings.

Wheelchair Measurements:

  1. Hip Width:
Use this to figure seat width if it is the widest point.
  2. Widest Point:
Measure the widest area across the lower extremities if different from the hip width. This may influence seat width or arm style.
  3. Chest Width:
Measure the widest point of the thorax just below the armpit. This measurement may influence system width or back width.
  4. Heel to Knee:
Use this for legrest extensions and seat height.
  5. SRP to Knee (Seat Reference Point to Knee):
This will determine the seat depth.
  6. Elbow to SRP (Elbow to Seat Reference Point):
Measure this width with the arm in a 90-degree angle at the elbow and the shoulder in a neutral position.
  7. Shoulder Height:
This will determine the height and the style of the back panel or the start for a custom back.
  8. Head Height:
This will help determine the proper headrest height.
