The full back sling design provides continuous support along the patient's entire posterior surface — from the head through the upper and lower back to the thighs. This contrasts with divided-leg U-slings and hammock slings that focus support at the seat and thigh without fully cradling the upper back and head. Integral Boned Head Support

Head support is built directly into the sling as an integral boned structure — not a separate add-on attachment.
