Three delivery options are available. Free Standard Residential Delivery (curbside): the chair ships fully assembled on a wooden pallet, delivered to the curb or garage entrance. The packaging must be removed and the chair lifted off the pallet — best done with two people. No in-home placement is included. Threshold/Garage Delivery ($99): the chair is brought to the first accessible entry point of the home, beyond the threshold. White Glove Delivery ($299, adds 5–7 business days): certified technicians deliver, place, and fully set up the chair in the room of your choice, ensure all functions are operational, and demonstrate use before departing. For users who cannot manage physical setup or live alone, White Glove is the recommended option. The quick-release back is designed to allow the chair to fit through standard 32" interior doorways with the back removed during placement.
