When a patient lies on a standard foam or static air mattress, body heat and perspiration create a warm, humid microclimate at the skin-mattress interface. CairRail Side Air Bolsters

CairRail bolsters are integrated side air chambers that run along both edges of the mattress. Unlike rigid foam perimeter rails that can create pressure points at the mattress edge, the air bolsters provide a cushioned, responsive boundary that protects the patient without creating new pressure injury risk at the mattress periphery.

12-Hour Safety Cell — Power Outage Protection
