Showerbuddy SB2T TubBuddy with Tilt
The TubBuddy with Tilt is an ergonomic bathing transfer system which carries one special feature the original TubBuddy does not.
The unit allows for safe and easy transfer over and out of the bath tub incorporating a tilt option. The tilt option allows the caregiver to relieve pressure for the patient while simultaneously making it easier to bathe the patient. The tilt option alleviates caregiver strain by allowing the patient to slide over the bath tub without having to lift their legs.
Using the ShowerBuddy is simple, just sit in the chair which is attached to the rolling chair base, connect the base to the bridge which fits over the shower ledge, connect the bridge to the inside shower base and slide the chair over the bridge and into the shower.
Once inside the shower the chair rotates 360 º and getting out of the shower is just as easy as getting into it.
The TubBuddy is easy to use and prevents the need for multiple products and there is no need to modify or renovate your bathroom.
The rolling base with chair attached connects to the bridge which is attached to the interior tub base, simply slide the chair across the bridge and lock the chair into place on the interior tub base and then bathing is simple. The tilting chair makes bathing easy for both the caregiver and user by reducing strain and preventing unnecessary movements.

Wheelchair Measurements:
- Hip Width:
Use this to figure seat width if it is the widest point. - Widest Point:
Measure the widest area across the lower extremities if different from the hip width. This may influence seat width or arm style. - Chest Width:
Measure the widest point of the thorax just below the armpit. This measurement may influence system width or back width. - Heel to Knee:
Use this for legrest extensions and seat height. - SRP to Knee (Seat Reference Point to Knee):
This will determine the seat depth. - Elbow to SRP (Elbow to Seat Reference Point):
Measure this width with the arm in a 90-degree angle at the elbow and the shoulder in a neutral position. - Shoulder Height:
This will determine the height and the style of the back panel or the start for a custom back. - Head Height:
This will help determine the proper headrest height.
