Karman Standard Fixed-Arm Wheelchair
Karman's KN-800T Standard Fixed-Arm Wheelchair is everything one needs in a traditional wheelchair, with a number of attractive features to set it apart from the field.
Armrests are always going to be a major concern when considering a wheelchair, and the KN-800T comes equipped with fixed, padded, full-sized armrests for comfortable and secure positioning. Alloy side guards create an additional level of security.
The Karman Standard Wheelchair includes 24" rear MAG wheels with flat-free tires and 8" flat-free front casters. MAG wheels (large spokes that form one solid piece including the outer rim and hub) are stronger than metal spoke wheels and never need to be aligned. The casters use steel, extra-durable caster forks for reliable, long-lasting operation.

Wheelchair Measuring Guide
Wheelchair Measurements:
- Hip Width:
Use this to figure seat width if it is the widest point. - Widest Point:
Measure the widest area across the lower extremities if different from the hip width. This may influence seat width or arm style. - Chest Width:
Measure the widest point of the thorax just below the armpit. This measurement may influence system width or back width. - Heel to Knee:
Use this for legrest extensions and seat height. - SRP to Knee (Seat Reference Point to Knee):
This will determine the seat depth. - Elbow to SRP (Elbow to Seat Reference Point):
Measure this width with the arm in a 90-degree angle at the elbow and the shoulder in a neutral position. - Shoulder Height:
This will determine the height and the style of the back panel or the start for a custom back. - Head Height:
This will help determine the proper headrest height.
