Karman Healthcare V-Seat Ultimate Luxury Reclining Wheelchair
Product BrochureProduct Code: MVP-502-TP
The Karman MVP-502 Ergonomic Reclining Wheelchair is a lightweight aluminum recliner with a frame weight of about 34 lbs. The back reclines from 93° to 160° so the rider can rest, change position, or ease pressure through the day. Karman's V-Seat design helps keep the rider from sliding forward as the back reclines. Elevating, articulating legrests with calf pads raise the legs, and a headrest, height-adjustable flip-back arms, side guards, anti-tippers, and a pelvic belt come standard. Order it as a self-propelled chair with 22" flat-free rear wheels, or as a transport chair with 14" rear wheels for a caregiver to push. The folding back and frame make storage simpler, and a backrest pouch holds small items. It holds riders up to 250 lbs in 16", 18", or 20" seats. 250 lb capacity · about 34 lbs (frame) · aluminum frame · reclines 93°–160° · V-Seat design · seat sizes 16" × 16", 18" × 18", 20" × 18" · 19" back · elevating articulating legrests with calf pads · headrest · height-adjustable flip-back arms · side guards · anti-tippers · pelvic belt · 22" flat-free rear wheels (self-propel) or 14" (transport) · folding back · backrest pouch.

Wheelchair Measuring Guide
Wheelchair Measurements:
- Hip Width:
Use this to figure seat width if it is the widest point. - Widest Point:
Measure the widest area across the lower extremities if different from the hip width. This may influence seat width or arm style. - Chest Width:
Measure the widest point of the thorax just below the armpit. This measurement may influence system width or back width. - Heel to Knee:
Use this for legrest extensions and seat height. - SRP to Knee (Seat Reference Point to Knee):
This will determine the seat depth. - Elbow to SRP (Elbow to Seat Reference Point):
Measure this width with the arm in a 90-degree angle at the elbow and the shoulder in a neutral position. - Shoulder Height:
This will determine the height and the style of the back panel or the start for a custom back. - Head Height:
This will help determine the proper headrest height.
