The overlay features a sculpted, high-density polyurethane foam topper, a highly resilient foam base layer, elastic corner straps for secure attachment to the mattress, and is tri-folded and boxed for convenient shipping and storage.

Additionally, the one-piece construction eliminates the need for assembly, and the bladders are filled with a non-toxic gel solution. All components meet the relevant California Technical Bulletin 117 standards.
