NOVA’s PATENTED LOCKING HAND BRAKES are so easy to use and comfortable on the hands. Simply squeeze to control the speed and push down to lock the brakes in a locked and parked position. The soft rubber hand grips are durable, easy to clean, grip safe and comfortable.

COMFORTABLE 2 in 1 SEAT & GREAT UNDER-SEAT STORAGE. Comes with the most versatile and comfortable seat that has a removable padded seat insert that also carries the NOVA # 4000T Food Tray (not included). The removable seat pad is very durable and easy to clean. It sets on a wide blow molded plastic seat that is virtually indestructible. The seat easily lifts up to access the roomy storage compartment.
